Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every Cabio plan starts with a free trial, and there is no setup fee on any plan.
Do I have to set Cabio up myself?
No. We do the whole setup for you, free, and we do not consider it finished until your system is fully working. That includes connecting every integration you need — Google Maps, Twilio for SMS, Square or Stripe for card payments, and your email sending — and editing your domain's DNS records for you. Most dispatch providers charge an onboarding fee and leave the integrations to you.
How much does Cabio cost?
Cabio is flat monthly pricing with no per-booking fees. Solo is £59.99 a month for a single owner-operator driver, Starter is £99 a month for up to 5 drivers, Growth is £199 a month for up to 20 drivers, and Professional is £399 a month for up to 50 drivers. Enterprise, for unlimited drivers and multi-fleet operators, is priced on request.
Can a single owner-driver use Cabio, or is it only for fleets?
A single owner-driver can use it. The Solo plan is £59.99 a month and is built for one driver working for themselves — online booking, the driver app, passenger tracking, card payments and a custom domain. The same platform scales to a fifty-car fleet, so you do not have to change systems when you grow.
Is Cabio just dispatch software?
No. Cabio runs the whole business, not just the cars. Alongside dispatch and bookings it includes invoicing and business accounts, a customer CRM, driver pay runs with bank CSV export, reporting, email marketing, live chat, a customer portal, and branded iOS and Android apps for both passengers and drivers.
Can I migrate my existing bookings and drivers into Cabio?
Yes. Cabio supports bulk import of customers, drivers and bookings by CSV or XLSX, and the free setup includes doing that migration for you from whatever system you are on now.
Do my drivers need to pay anything to use the driver app?
No. The driver app is included in your operator plan. Drivers download it free and sign in with credentials you issue.
Is the passenger app branded with my company?
Yes. The Cabio passenger app rebrands to your colours, logo and name when a passenger selects your fleet.
What payment providers does Cabio integrate with?
Cabio integrates with Square, SumUp and PayPal for card payments, and also supports cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay and corporate account billing.
Does Cabio work for airport-transfer operators?
Yes. Airport transfers are a first-class feature: flight monitoring, terminal selection, Meet and Greet fees, airport fixed rates and live flight status tracking are all built in.
Can I upgrade my plan as my fleet grows?
Yes. You can move up a plan at any time and your data, drivers and bookings carry over. Nothing needs rebuilding.
Does Cabio answer phone calls?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Cabio includes an AI call-answering agent that takes booking calls, captures the job and puts it into dispatch without a human picking up.
