Security & multi-tenant
Your fleet's data is yours. Provably.
Multi-tenant software is only as good as its walls. Cabio keeps every tenant's bookings, customers, settings and credentials isolated — and writes down who did what, when.

The boring work
Security features an operator actually uses
Staff roles
Admin, manager and dispatcher roles — a dispatcher sees bookings and drivers, not your financials or settings.
Full audit log
Every admin action recorded with the person's name against it. Filterable, exportable, and purges are themselves audited.
Encrypted credentials
Payment, SMS and mailbox credentials are stored encrypted — never in plain text, never shared between tenants.
True tenant isolation
Your data, settings and keys belong to your tenant alone. Isolation is enforced in the platform and tested in the build.
Archive before delete
Permanent deletion is admin-only and archives first — so 'deleted by mistake' has an undo.
Sensible access design
PIN or email login, per-staff permissions, and portals that refuse politely instead of logging people out.
Accountability
'Who changed that?' has an answer
Bookings, accounts, invoices, settings, staff and marketing changes are all recorded in the audit log with the acting person's name — not just an IP address. When something looks wrong, you look it up instead of asking around.
- Actor, action, entity and timestamp on every recorded change
- Filter by person, entity type or date range; export to CSV
- Credentials never enter the log — secrets stay secret

Ask us the awkward questions
Bring your council's data requirements and your worst what-if. We'd rather answer them on the demo than after you've signed.
